Accounting I is to provide a learning coverage of two types of businesses-proprietorship and partnership. Each type of business students will learn how to analyze transactions, journalizing, posting, and creating financial statements. These accounting concepts will help students understand business and home finances.
Computer Applications is to acquaint students with proper procedures to create documents, presentations, worksheets, and databases to improve their effectiveness in the classroom and society. Careers is to help set up students for success in the future by providing information usefull for their advancement in high school and future.
Personal FInance focuses on the students role as a citizen, student, family member, and consumer in the business world. The class is to inform you of your various financial responsibilities and opportunities in our technical and competitive society. Students will also use the University of Arizona "Take Charge Today" as a supplement to their current learning.
